Why can't I trim or cut down my own trees? You may endanger yourself and your property. We have the expertise and equipment to get the job done safely. We have insurance.

Will your equipment damage my property? When using equipment, we use routes and techniques to avoid damage and to leave lawn in good shape.

Do I need a permit to take trees down? Usually not, but check with your municipality

When should a tree be removed? We suggest removal when a tree is dead, showing structural problems, diseased, overgrown or threatening other property.

What is an arborist? An arborist is an expert in the planting, cultivation and care of trees.

Do you prune trees and do you use spikes? We prune trees and shrubs. It improves their look and health. It may also help your landscape design. We only use spikes when a tree is to be removed.

Why do you do cabling and bracing? Sometimes it is necessary to suppport and sustain the life of the tree. It could also save your house or car from damage.

Do you remove stump and roots? We remove stumps of any size and in hard-to-reach places. We use a large grinder to remove any size stump.We will remove major roots if a customer requests us to do so.

Do you have maintenance plans? And do I have to sign up for one? We offer maintenance plans customized to your needs. We recommend you have one, but do not require it.

How do you determine your prices? We base our tree care pricing on the shape, size and type of trees. Our landscaping and lawn care pricing is based on project specifications. We provide a written estimate for your approval.

Are a contract and payment up front required? Payment arrangements depend on the type of work and project, but usually no payment is required up front. We do require that you approve the written estimate.
